AloComputer Help Desk department, provides remote troubleshootings and consultations on computers and IT related problems such as:

  • Network & Internet Connectivity Issues
  • Software & Hardware Issues
  • OS related Issues
  • Peripherals Installations and Troubleshootings such as Printers, Scanners, ...
  • and many other general topics

We utilize our own industry standard techniques for our troubleshootings and consultations which enable us to provide the best services in the least amount of time. Candidates who are interested in this job, should comply with the following conditions before applying:

  1. Native English Speaker or have a good command of English (IELTS 6.5+ for non native candidates).
  2. Good command of communication skills via the phone.
  3. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
  4. Over 3 years of experience in an IT related job. Candidates should pass the AloComputer's entrance interview and exam and on pass, they must attend our 1 month free course before they even touch the phone.
